Drone Zone 2025

The Cetus Beta FPV drone has been a workhorse for us in the drone zone. With hundreds of hours of flight time and many attendees who've never flown a drone before crashing bouncing and thoroughly enjoying their time, we found the drone works great. With parts replacement and tune-up, you can use this drone for a long time.

With over a thousand flights a day during Maker Faire we heavily use batteries. We use these batteries from beta fpv. They do sell a 4.35 volt version of these batteries that last longer However, a majority of our batteries are 3.8 which we charge to 4.35.

Did you know that we are continuously charging 40 batteries at any given time in order to provide constant power for the drones. How do we do it? With multiple battery chargers!!

At Maker Faire Orlando we get 20 to 50 people at a time standing in line. We need to be able to quickly determine the voltage of each one of the batteries while they are charging safely. Many other third-party chargers look like unfinished products. But this charger from Vfly works great!
